How does certification with IAF Consultancy work?

We keep each stage moving, from the quote and the audits to the certificate, then the visits that keep it current. Re-certification returns the cycle to Surveillance 1.

    Get a quote

    Tell us about your company and the ISO certification you want. We reply quickly with a written quote, and the process keeps moving from there.

    Offer and contract

    You receive a written offer with scope, timing, and price. The audit is booked after you sign.

  3. 03

    Stage 1

    We review the documented system and confirm the audit can go ahead. Gaps are named before Stage 2.

  4. 04

    Stage 2

    We audit the system as it actually runs. Findings are explained in plain language, with what must be closed.

    Certification issuing

    When the audit supports it, an accredited certification body issues the certificate.

  6. 06

    Surveillance 1

    A shorter visit in the first year of the cycle confirms the system still works.

  7. 07

    Surveillance 2

    A second visit the following year checks that the controls are still in use.

  8. 08

    Re-certification

    Before expiry, a renewal audit is completed. The cycle then returns to Surveillance 1.
